Fayetteville Krav Maga | Self Defense

Krav Maga Self Defense is the official hand to hand combat system of the Israeli military. It is based on natural reaction with a focus on gross motor skills. Techniques are designed to be simple and effective at neutralizing the attacker so that the defender may create an opportunity to escape the situation.

Known for its simplicity and effectiveness, Krav Maga has been adopted worldwide by many law enforcement, women's self-defense, and civilian training organizations. In addition to the self-defense training, participants gain new levels of confidence and fitness that benefit their everyday life.

Krav Maga Self Defense has a youth program for students 9-14 age, and adult program for students age 15 and older. Also, the club offers classes for women only. Krav Maga Self Defense teaches professional classes for law enforcement and recreational for civilians.

Anyone is welcome to come in and try a class for free to see if they like it. If they wish to continue after the first class, new students can register for a monthly membership at the training studio.
